Could anyone please shed some light on who is the cartoon character which laughs on the TV when Frank's trying to switch it off in "The Curse of Frank Black" episode (s02e06)? Its called "The Mascot" by the polish Ladislas Starewicz. You can watch the hole flick on youtube.
