Okay please don't get mad if this has already been discussed (im a newbie here :) How would a like Millennium movie that went like this:
Opening scene.
We are introduced to the character Frank Black. Age 65. Retired. He currently lives in a 2-story yellow house located in Philadelphia Pa with his daughter Jordan. Age 18.
Exterior shot of house from ground view. Pans right to left.
We see Jordan walking home from school listing to an ipod. She walks up to the house and unlocks the door. Just as she touches the door knob, she sees quick flashes of images. You see an older Peter Watts, a gun firing, Frank Black screaming "its not the time" and then a car wrecking. Just then she is startled by someone.
Frank black pulls up in a red jeep.
Frank black: Hey there super girl! How was school?
Jordan shakes off the startling images of before.
Jordan: It was good daddy!
Frank Black: Really? How did your finals go? Did Mr. Inkstein like your report?
Jordan: He wasn't the biggest fan of "Y2K" but he did like my presentation!
Frank Black: Alright that's what i want to hear!
Frank gives his daughter a hug.
Jordan looks over at the red jeep and makes a face.
Jordan: Daddy when are you going to get a new car? You've had that old thing since forever!
Frank laughs.
Frank Black: Ill get a new car as soon as you get into Penn state!
Frank tosses her the keys.
Frank Black: You can get used to those can you?
Jordan laughs.
Jordan: Yes i can as long as i get it painted pink!
Frank gives Jordan a concerned look. She smiles back and quickly gets her stuff.
Jordan: Ill be home by 12 Daddy!
Frank Black: Okay! Call me when you get there okay? If you don't ill come looking for you!
Jordan: Okay okay You don't need to summon all your FBI buddies up!
Jordan gives her dad a quick kiss and walks out the door. Frank follows her and reminds her.
Frank Black: Remember! 12 O-clock! No later! And call me when you get there!
Jordan gets into the jeep and pulls out of the driveway. She stops and rolls down the window.
Jordan: I love you dad! Maybe YOU should get some friends! This way you wont go nuts while im gone!
Frank black: Sure... (sarcastically) Then we can go to the mall and get our nails done and pick out new purses!
Jordan: She there you go! You have good ideas sometimes!
Frank laughs and waves goodbye. He then returns into his home and sits down. He looks over at a picture of his wife.
Frank Black: Oh Katherine, I wish you could see her she looks so much like you....
Frank grabs the remote next to the picture and turns on the news. However, he is interrupted a few moments later by the phone.
He gets up and answers it.
Frank Black: Hello?
A familiar voice answers back and startles Frank.
Peter Watts: Frank? Is this Frank Black?
Frank Black: Yes... Is this some kind of prank?
Peter Watts: This is.... (breathing heavily Like he is running) This is peter watts....
Frank drops the phone in shock. It hits the floor in slow motion. Frank stares blankly with his eyes wide open. You hear the phone on the floor. (Frank? Frank are you there?)......
Its just one of my crazy random thoughts! FEEL FREE TO MODIFY THIS TO YOUR LIKING as long as you post it! XD

I like it, I like it a lot. You write really well and should you want to share the odd Millennium fan-fiction with us in the future please do.
The only suggestion I have (and don't think this is a negative point) is that the power of the scenes rests upon what we, as Millennium fans, know about Peter Watts i.e. that he supposedly dead. The impact comes from having him on the end of the phone in light of that.
When I was thinking about how a movie would best serve everyone from the ardent fans to the people who might have only seen the odd episode and intrigued viewers who might not even remember what Millennium was I did think that the best approach might be to dispense with the arcs of the series and do something stand-alone. I always thought it might have a greater degree of success if no back-story knowledge was needed and it was merely a movie about Frank Black.
I don't mean dispense with everything the show did but if you have to have watched Millennium in order to understand what is so powerful about the fact that Peter has phoned Frank then you might alienate potential viewers.
I tend to think it should be back to basics, almost like a Pilot for a new film franchise but that's my opinion and by no means the right one.
However I really enjoyed reading that and you should write more.
